Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our inspection facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
